This time last month, both letting and estate agents were hit with the news that no more property viewings should take place, as part of the Government’s attempts to help prevent the spread of Covid 19. Despite the cancelled viewings, it is still very much business as usual for us at Redbrick, meaning we’ve had to come up with new and innovative ways to adapt to such unprecedented times.
Although an inevitably challenging time for letting agents across the country, at Redbrick we have managed to survive what we would’ve expected to be a very difficult month. In fact, we have not just survived; we have thrived, with April proving to be one of our best months in recent years, whilst receiving great feedback from new applicants along the way.
As an experienced letting agency, we understand how important the viewing of a property is to our tenants. Although you may not be able to physically attend house viewings, we have found new ways to bring the properties to you.
