We are seeking a proactive and results-driven New Business Development Manager. This role is vital to our growth strategy, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with landlords and property investors.
Key Skills and Experience:
Experience: Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the property or lettings sector.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local property market and lettings process.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain strong relationships.
Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals.
Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
Self-Motivated: A proactive self-starter with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
Technology Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, property management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
Identify New Opportunities – Research and identify potential new business opportunities in the residential property market.
Generate Leads – Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and attract new clients through networking, marketing campaigns and partnerships.
Reaching out to our existing landlords – at the core of our brand is communication with our clients – in person, on the phone, by email, WhatsApp, text and using social media.
Handling client queries efficiently – dealing with enquiries from landlords to make sure their needs are met accurately and in a timely fashion, ability to go that extra mile.
Conduct Market Research – Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Carrying out Property Valuations – qualifying potential landlords, establishing their needs. Negotiate terms to maximize profitability.
Compliance and Legislation – Staying updated on the latest property legislation and regulations to provide accurate advice to our clients.
Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work closely with the lettings and property management teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients and properties
Achieve Targets – Meet or exceed new business development targets, KPI’s and sales goals as set by the company
Reporting – Regular communication with the Company Directors, on sale activities, progress against targets and market feedback.
